Golf Club Albisola

When you arrive at the club, you’ll be welcomed by a perfectly flat 9-hole course, thanks to the unexpectedly flat terrain that lies between the Sansobbia River and the Erchi hill. The mounds are the only exception to this, which have been skilfully placed across the terrain by the architect who designed the course, Graham Cooke, creating a lovely sense of movement that separates the holes. The introduction of hundreds of olive trees along the course provides some quintessential Mediterranean elegance, as well as making the course more challenging.

The use of the Tifway 419 Bermuda grass cultivar for the fairways ensures the perfect lie and saves a considerable amount of water. The extremely undulated greens of around 500 square metres mean the par cannot be guaranteed, even if you have reached your destination with the standard number of strokes.

The mild climate allows golf to be played all year round.

Autostrada A10 Genova/Ventimiglia, exit at the Albisola toll booth, turn left and at the second roundabout turn left again, then follow the road signs for the club.
